Outros grandes nomes que receberam esse reconhecimento foram <em>Gabe Newell<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Shigeru Miyamoto<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Will Wright<\/em> e\u00a0<em>Peter Molyneux<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>John Carmack foi<\/em> o co-fundador da <strong>id Software<\/strong>, pioneiro dos gr\u00e1ficos 3D, foi o principal programador de grandes e influentes jogos de tiro em primeira pessoa como <strong>Doom<\/strong>, <strong>Quake<\/strong> e <strong>Wolfeinstein 3D<\/strong>. <em>Carmack<\/em> deixou a<strong> id Software<\/strong> em 2013 para trabalhar com o <em>Oculus VR<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>&#8220;Receber o pr\u00eamio Fellowship da BAFTA \u00e9 uma grande honra&#8221;, <\/em>disse <em>Carmack<\/em> num comunicado<em>. <span class=\"goog-text-highlight\">&#8220;Ao longo da minha carreira, eu permaneci apaixonado pelo potencial de melhoria da engenharia e tecnologia para expandir a gama de criatividade humana.
